XAVIER MECH PRIVACY POLICY

1. APP AND LEGAL IDENTITY

The customer-facing app is XAVIER MECH. The legal company identity used for this policy is XAVIER MECH LLC. Privacy enquiries may be sent to dev@xaviermech.store or handled through the in-app Contact Us screen.

2. INFORMATION ENTERED IN THE APP

A service request requires:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Site address or location
• Selected service
• Priority
• Project details or notes

A service request may optionally include:

• Company name
• Preferred date

An inspection checklist may optionally store:

• Filter condition
• Coil or heat-transfer-surface condition
• Belt or drive condition
• Electrical-connection condition
• Inspection comments

Favourites store only the identifiers of services selected by the user.

3. PURPOSE

The required request fields are used to create a clear device-only project or service record. Optional company and preferred-date fields add context. Checklist fields support a device-only inspection draft. Previously entered name, email, phone, and company values may be reused to reduce repeated typing.

4. STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION

All request records, contact fields, favourites, and inspection checklists are stored locally in Android SharedPreferences on the user’s device. The app has no backend, server, cloud database, Firebase integration, API submission, authentication system, or account service. Saving details does not transmit them to XAVIER MECH LLC, the app provider, or any external server.

5. RETENTION AND DELETION

An individual request and its associated inspection checklist remain on the device until the user deletes that request.

Reusable contact fields, favourites, and all remaining records stay on the device until the user:

• Uses Delete local app data in the More screen;
• Clears the app’s storage in Android settings; or
• Uninstalls the app.

The app does not set an external retention period because it does not receive the data.

6. EMAIL ACTION

The Contact Us screen can open an installed email application addressed to dev@xaviermech.store. The app does not automatically place saved request content into the email. Any email sent by the user is handled by the chosen email provider under that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

7. PERMISSIONS AND DEVICE FEATURES

The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, call, SMS, or broad media-storage permissions. It does not collect precise location. Site location is plain text entered by the user. The app does not access identity documents or payment credentials.

8. PAYMENTS AND SENSITIVE DATA

No payment gateway or payment flow is included. The app does not request or store card numbers, CVV or CVC codes, PINs, banking credentials, passwords, authentication tokens, or remote-access credentials.

9. ADVERTISING, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING

The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, Firebase Analytics, behavioural profiling, or third-party marketing integration.

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The locally entered full name, email address, phone number, company name when provided, and site address are personal or business contact information. They remain on the device unless the user separately chooses to communicate them outside the app.

11. CHILDREN

The app is designed for industrial and business service-request planning and is not directed to children.

12. CHANGES

This policy should be updated whenever the app’s actual data fields, storage, permissions, integrations, or transmission behaviour change.
